I would like to give a big Texas "Hello" to Philadelphia Criminal Defense Attorney Mark Jakubik. He has an excellent blog here at Philadelphia Criminal Defense Lawyer Blog.
Based on our email exchange, I look forward to his future posts. It seems that Mark's existence confirms that I am not the only conservative criminal defense attorney in the known universe. This must shock Bennett, Greenfield, and Gideon.

But he's from Philadelphia, for god's sake. If you have to go to Philly to get support, you might as well give it up.
