I know, I know. It's been a while. Every now and then I have to back away and reset. It happens. Too much of this for too long tends to cause me to lose focus, and that is bad for a criminal defense attorney.
For anyone out there is the great chasm of cyberspace wondering where I am, rest assured I am back hard at work. After a break from all things blawgosphere-related, and a week-long trip to the Pacific Northwest, all is well at the greatest criminal defense firm in the world. (At least my three-year-old thinks so!).
For anyone interested, I spent the past week in Oregon/ Washington visiting some friends from law school I'm not a fan of the Northwest. It rains a lot. The people are, well, not Texan. And the roads don't go in straight lines like they do in Texas. All bad things. Oh well.
Here's a little pic of Mt. Hood in Oregon. For some reason, it is the only picture of the mountain that I managed to take. Weird. It was taken while crossing the bridge from White Salmon, Washington to Hood River, Oregon over the Columbia River. Enjoy.
